Arrived on time, very pleasant and personable. Kept everything clean and did nice work cleaning. We have another fireplace which has downdraft issues so he checked the fireplace then offered suggestions to help alleviate this problem. No charge for this extra work. From the time I called to make the appointment, to the time they arrived and departed, I was met with the utmost professionalism. Their staff are courteous and friendly, and the living room was left SPOTLESS!
